Land survey, boundary demarcation and Khasra-wise survey
Before you buy, build or fence, know exactly where your boundary is and how much land you have. We survey plots with DGPS and total station, mark the boundary on the ground and give you a plan with area in square metre, hectare and acre.
When you need a land survey
- Before buying or selling a plot
- Dividing family or partnership land
- Checking encroachment or a boundary dispute
- Before fencing or building a boundary wall
- Joint measurement with revenue officials
What you receive
- Survey plan with dimensions and area in sq. m, hectare and acre
- Boundary pillar coordinates
- Boundary marked on the ground with pegs or pillars
- Overlay with the Khasra / Gata map when you provide it
- KML to see the plot in Google Earth
How we do it
- 01Collect the Khasra / Gata number and the village map (naksha) if you have it.
- 02Fix DGPS control near the site.
- 03Survey existing boundaries, structures and roads.
- 04Compare with the records and mark the boundary.
- 05Hand over the plan, area and coordinates.
Good to know
Official demarcation is carried out by the revenue department. We support joint measurement with revenue officials and prepare the survey plan they can refer to.
Questions
Which documents should I keep ready?
The Khasra / Gata number, village and tehsil, the owner's name, and the village map (naksha) or registry map if available. A Google Maps pin of the site helps us plan the visit.
Can you give the area in bigha?
We give area in square metre, hectare and acre. Bigha and biswa differ from place to place, so tell us the conversion used in your tehsil and we will add it.
Do you survey plots outside Prayagraj?
Yes. We work across Uttar Pradesh and the rest of India. Travel for distant sites is quoted separately.
