Overview
Mistakes made at setting-out are the most expensive to fix later. We transfer design coordinates to the ground with total station and DGPS, and check what has been built against the drawings.
We mark building and column layouts, foundations, roads, bridge piers and abutments, and divide colony land into plots and roads as per the approved plan.
What's included

Questions
Do you need the AutoCAD file?
Yes, the DWG with coordinates or a coordinate list helps. If drawings are not coordinated, we set up a site grid from reference points you approve.
Can you stay on site for the whole job?
Yes. Visits can be one-time, staged with the construction, or a surveyor posted at site, as quoted.
Do you do plot division for colonies?
Yes. We divide land into plots and roads as per the approved layout and mark them on the ground.
