Overview
A detailed project report (DPR) is only as reliable as the survey under it. Because we carry out the survey ourselves, the drawings, quantities and estimates in our reports come from measured levels and sections rather than assumptions.
We prepare DPRs and project reports for infrastructure and site-development works, and we also provide survey packages to DPR consultants who need dependable field data.
Why it matters
Funding and approvals are decided on the DPR. When drawings, quantities and costs come from a proper survey, the project is easier to approve and easier to build.
Our methodology
- Agree scope, format and schedule of rates
- Survey the site and record existing conditions
- Prepare drawings and quantities
- Prepare the estimate and report
- Review with you and hand over

From our work
Many of our road, canal and pond surveys are used directly for DPRs. A single team for survey and report keeps levels, quantities and drawings consistent.
Questions
Can you do only the survey for our DPR?
Yes. Many consultants hire us for the survey package alone; we deliver data in the format your design team uses.
Which schedule of rates do you use?
The one specified by the department or client for the project.
How long does a DPR take?
It depends on the length or area and the level of design. We give a schedule with the quotation.
