Our work: Ganga Path, Munger to Bhagalpur
For BSRDCL we carried out the drone, flood-plain hydrological and bathymetric survey for the Ganga Path corridor from Munger to Bhagalpur, about 82.5 km. The work included 18 river cross-sections and bridge-alignment pillar coordinate schedules, with the data used for hydraulic modelling. All drawings are in UTM Zone 45N.
Survey work in Bhagalpur
Bhagalpur lies on the Ganga, with Vikramshila Setu crossing to Naugachhia on the north bank and Kahalgaon downstream. River work dominates: bank lines that shift every monsoon, diara land that appears and disappears, embankments, ghats and bridge approaches. These jobs need bathymetry and flood-plain levels, not just a boundary.
