Survey work in Bhadohi
Bhadohi is India's best-known carpet district, and much of its land demand comes from that trade: weaving sheds, finishing units, export warehouses and the housing around them. Owners need a measured plot before they buy, a layout before they build, and a clear boundary with the neighbour before the wall goes up.
The Prayagraj–Varanasi highway (GT Road) runs through the district at Gopiganj and Aurai, so roadside plots, petrol pump sites and commercial frontages are common jobs. Further south the district meets the Ganga, where river-bank land needs flood-prone strips marked on the plan.
How we work in Bhadohi
Our team travels from our office in Naini, Prayagraj. For a land job we read the record first, set DGPS control near the site, then measure with a total station or RTK rover and mark the boundary points on the ground. For engineering work we agree the datum, grid and drawing format with your consultant before mobilising. Every job ends with an AutoCAD drawing, a coordinate list and a Google Earth KML, with area in square metres, hectare and acre.
Land records and demarcation
Khatauni and khasra details for villages in Bhadohi are available on UP Bhulekh and village maps on UP Bhunaksha. Send us the village name and gata (khasra) number before the visit; we check the record and the village map first, so the field work starts from the right parcel. Official demarcation is done by the revenue department (lekhpal and tehsil); in a boundary dispute on agricultural land, the application goes to the SDM under Section 24 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006. Our survey gives you accurate coordinates, area and a drawing, and we can be present during an official measurement to show the points.

Questions
Can you prepare a layout plan for a factory or warehouse plot in Bhadohi?
Yes. We survey the plot with levels, then prepare a layout drawing and mark the building corners on site from that drawing.
Do you survey roadside plots on the GT Road?
Yes. We measure frontage, road width, drains, culverts and electric lines, which buyers and petrol pump applicants usually need.
Which tehsils do you cover?
All three: Bhadohi, Gyanpur and Aurai.
