How we cover the state
Our team and equipment are based in Naini, Prayagraj, so eastern and central UP (Prayagraj, Kaushambi, Pratapgarh, Mirzapur, Bhadohi, Jaunpur, Varanasi and the districts around them) are closest. For sites further away we plan the mobilisation with the job, and travel for distant sites is quoted separately.
Most of Uttar Pradesh lies in UTM Zone 44N. Districts west of 78°E, such as Meerut, Ghaziabad, Gautam Buddh Nagar and Mathura, fall in Zone 43N. We state the zone and datum on every drawing, or work on the grid your project specifies.
Land records and demarcation in UP
Khatauni and khasra details for villages in Uttar Pradesh are available on UP Bhulekh and village maps on UP Bhunaksha. Send us the village name and gata (khasra) number before the visit; we check the record and the village map first, so the field work starts from the right parcel. Official demarcation is done by the revenue department (lekhpal and tehsil); in a boundary dispute on agricultural land, the application goes to the SDM under Section 24 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006. Our survey gives you accurate coordinates, area and a drawing, and we can be present during an official measurement to show the points.

Do you work in every district of Uttar Pradesh?
Yes, we take up work across all 75 districts. Sites in eastern and central UP are closest to our Prayagraj office; for distant sites, travel is quoted separately.
Can you prepare petrol pump feasibility reports anywhere in UP?
Yes. We have prepared them for sites in Prayagraj, Lucknow, Mirzapur, Varanasi and Mau, and take up sites in other districts too.
Which coordinate system do you use in UP?
Most of UP is in UTM Zone 44N and the far west is in Zone 43N. We use the datum and grid your project specifies and state it on every drawing.
